B & B Maria Rosa is 2 km from the rail station.You can park your
car in the big parking area in front of the station.You can then go
by train to the cinque Terre.
It takes a few minutes to arrive in Monterosso, when you can start the
excursion.
By train you can go on to La Spezia.Nera this city you can visit Lerici
and Portovenere.These are two characteristic sea villages.
Levanto has an ideal position to take you different ways; the route
connects different hamlets near Levanto.It’s half a mile from
a beautiful panoramic view of the gulf, the path that from Portovenere,
goes along the ridge which divides the coastal side from the internal
one till Levanto over “Punta Mesco” is considerated the
path of the Cinque Terre par excellence.
The another path connects Levanto with the villages of the Cinque Terre,
it turns out to be the most frequented of the zone and the stretch Riomaggiore-Manarola
is the famous “ Via dell’Amore “.
There are unique views, characterized by a typical mediterranean background
falling sheer to the sea, by the scents of plants and herbs, by steep
cliffs, by the fascination of isolated inlets.
